Create a recipe and submit a photo using Bellwether Farms Fromage Blanc. The best recipe will win a $100 gift certificate to Bellwether Farms. Plus the recipe and picture will be posted on our Website, Newsletter, Twitter and Facebook. 

Rules:

• No Food Professionals can play. 
• Entires need to be submitted no later than June 11th, 2010.
• All recipes have to be original.
• Recipes must have a digital photo attached to be considered.

Ideas:

• Using seasonal ingredients strongly encouraged. 
• Think of your favorite recipe using cream cheese or chevre and replace it with Fromage Blanc.
• Spring veggies and berries taste really good with Fromage Blanc.

The winner will be announced on June 18th, 2010.
